I will not go into great detail with your question, for too many words may cloud the simplicity of what is meant to be understood directly, practically. Maybe and maybe, you will practically understand the difference between consciousness and awareness through what I’m ready to explain.
When I say that negative beliefs cannot exist in consciousness, I mean this: the very moment you are truly conscious of them, they dissolve. They cannot remain. That is all.
Now, many of you may say: "But I am already conscious of my negative belief, and it does not change." Understand, then, that this is not so. What you are experiencing in those moments is only the awareness that you have a negative belief, perhaps even the ability to state it in words. But this is not the same as being truly conscious of it.
