It's mentioned in his book The Masters Of Limitations/An ET's Observations of Earth by Darryl Anka and in a couple of transmissions. I'll add the transmissions names if they come back to mind. And Bashar TV has it's own APP now...look in playstore if you're interested. The app has a search function for occasions like this
