When I tune in to/focus on Bashars family sigil I know I'm going to where they are. They present in a "visual sense"(internal imagination) like bubbles with happy eager faces all crowded together like bubbles will do. Feels like they are experiencing me because I feel their curiosity and some light degree of interaction. Nothing whatsoever is scary about any this. Feels refreshing, light, but only lasts for 15 to 20 seconds until my intellect interupts....lol The question is.... Are we treated like hybrid children when we visit there? I am accustomed to tuning in to their signal just to get their perspectives on different topics (information only...just words) but now its the hundreds of little faces that have my attention. If anyone experiences similar, please chime in

As it relates to E.T.'s, what does co-creating mean to you? What's our part in "disclosure"....or as I like to call it...creating connection. Let's put our perspectives, words and ideas together on this topic.

The thought occurred to me this morning... Are you listening to others to find connection...or listening to dismiss? Wow. Our species is still dependent on words/language, but as we grow into our expanded selves there is the risk of forming more sects/factions that exclude (which we dont need IMHO) if we rely only on old uses of languages. Purposefully try to listen with the intent to find energetic commonalities, rather than dismissing your brother/sister because the describe using differing words. Input? additional thoughts? Can you see how this may be helpful when meeting foreign ET's groupings also, not just humans?

I work as a nurse. I find myself sharing this with some clients exploring "scary health challenges". Can't recall where I picked it up from. I only use it in situations where it FEELS appropriate to try, maybe I sense the person might be receptive to other options. It's NOT a blanket statement I say to everyone. "If you are alive, breathing, & thinking you have MORE things going right inside your body than the 1 or 2 things that appear to be going wrong." To me it feels like slightly cracking a door another can go into if they are so inclined What does this provoke in you? we have such lovely multidimensional conversations here. All perspectives are valued.

Anyone care to share their current favorite PARADOX to contemplate\experience? I've been a nurse for 30+ years/ I like to pivot back and forth between the of 3-D human generated idea of suffering with ill health VERSUS the expanded idea that ALL IS WELL, and THE UNDERLYING ENERGIES that have us focused here are PURE POSITIVE ENERGY/ PURE WELL BEING Sitting in the middle of this paradox in KNOWING helps me navigate my work and still remain compassionate toward patients Please share anything ideas this brings up in you, eager to hear your perspective
