Alright, hello! Good day to you all. How are you all?
notice that, letting go of a negative belief is far simpler than your mind imagines.
because the negative belief cannot actually operate in your conscious awareness. it is not structurally compatible.
your conscious state is the vibration of your existence itself, it is your natural frequency. and so, when a distortion such as a negative belief arises, it cannot "hold on" in that space.
so how does it survive? it must hide in the subconscious. it must stay just outside of your awareness, because only there can it appear to have reality.
the moment you allow that belief to surface, the moment you bring it into consciousness, the mechanism is automatic. it dissolves. not because you did something to it, not because you fought it, but because in the light of conscious awareness, it cannot sustain itself.
this is why we emphasize: you do not have to work so hard. the only requirement is your willingness to look.
now, notice this as well…
many of you think, "if I let go of a negative belief, I must immediately replace it with a positive one." but that is not required.
why? because your natural state, your core vibration is already positive. it is already aligned.
remember: negative beliefs cannot exist in consciousness. so when you bring one into awareness and it dissolves, what remains? your natural frequency. your truth.
that means letting go does not leave you with a "hole" to fill. it simply reveals what was always there underneath: the resonance of your being, unobstructed.
yes, if you wish, you may deliberately choose empowering, expansive perspectives, you may layer positive definitions upon your experience. but it is not a requirement.
because release is not subtraction that leaves emptiness. it is subtraction that reveals fullness.
so the process is very simple: bring the distortion into awareness. let it dissolve in the light of your consciousness. and rest in the knowing that what remains is already whole, already aligned, already sufficient.

“…release is not subtraction that leaves emptiness. it is subtraction that reveals fullness.” This resonates deeply. Captures beautifully the essence of ‘simply being’. 🤗 Thanks for sharing your gift (your self) with us, Lắm. Much love. 💝
