03 - General Discussion

I’m feeling this deep compassion for myself right now that I think I’ve never felt before. Every negative thing I thought of myself and what it could have led me to do. Feeling overwhelmed and contemplating suicide. I recognize that even through all the hate I directed at myself and the people around me, I still unconditionally loved myself and it manifested in the form of discovering Bashar and then Elan.

I want to thank everyone from the bottom of my heart and I also want to thank myself for showing this unconditional love to me. I’m happy I can still be here and experience all of this, with all of you together.
