It happens more naturally than you think it will sometimes hahaha!! Love into it, flow into it. I usually get the hook up with their consciousness when I'm just in a state of integration to integrate, in the flow of my own sovereign soul love.
I've received some help in a dream from Bashar before, and I feel very certain it was him hahaha!! Also, I don't know if I've talked with Elan—Maybe!! I love channeling the Sassani consciousness through me though, particularly my current counterpart there. It's such, such a joy to connect with his beautiful energy ❤️💖
