New book (Volume 1)
I ordered the new book through Amazon Australia as soon as it was released and the seller is telling me that it is now not available (after paying for it) - is this correct?
Has anyone one else outside of the States received a copy? Thanks

It happened differently with me in India. When I checked it was available, I even posted it here. How happy i was. But when i checked again, it was unavailable on Amazon India :(
But like EI says. Synchronicity! There must be a reason.
I will wait for it to be available again.
