Hi Elan, I want to have a discussion with you about my physical body that leads to a huge breakthrough.
I understand that my body is inside of my consciousness and therefore my body only always presents and appears as a reflection of my inner state of being.
Here in third density, individuals are only taught that the way to maintain your physical health is through diet and exercise.
And I understand that when expressing these beliefs, this is absolutely the result.
I now know that this is not the only option for the physical body.
