I understand this in my bones. I sometimes stumble over my expressions as I refine my preferences so it seems, for example I'm usually pretty reserved and self contained, but lately have been allowing more of a natural response as I discover more of who I am as a total being. Nothing like surprising myself with what comes up. Forgive it all...everything.... judging may arise till I get neutral about it then it becomes choice... sometimes I'm unsure due to overthinking it all, sometimes not... it's a process I guess.
