The Architecture of Self Enquiry
I’m only a third of the way through the book and every line / paragraph is packing a punch. In the interest of over-sharing here, I find the self-inquiry questions so helpful in the chapter EMOTIONS.
I have tried to probe myself with questions to unearth beliefs holding me back, but these questions come from different angles to really unlock it / equalise it. I feel like every coach / counsellor should have these! I’ll be sharing with those I know and I love that I have a trusty set of questions to ask myself (or help others to). 🙏

I definitely agree that all counsellors/coaches should have it. It was very wise that this book focused on the mindset needed to live the dream life, and separated out the ET focus into Reflections of My Home World. This way even those who are new to this topic and may be thrown off by ET concepts can still benefit greatly.
