Absolutely loved Masters of Integration ♥️ Brought it all home.
Dear Andrew/Elan and team,
I want to share my deep appreciation and love of the book, Masters of Integration. It brought everything home for me and I feel - changed.
Everything I've been researching over decades was all brought together in a single book, and explained in such a deep and clear way. I now really believe that I am co-creating with my infinite expanded self and acting that way, not just theorising it.
I loved the part about FINESSE and the artful flow/play.
I loved the explanation about Rest State, Attention and Intention (I find it a really useful 'tool')
I loved the detailed explanation about Knowingness and BETA - incredible.
And how to understand / be with / equalise pain.
Too many things to list really - safe to say every single page made an impact. Extremely grateful. I bought my family a copy when I went back home to Australia, to pass on the gift of this incredible knowledge.
