Causal Plane Technique by the Entity Lasanas

I transcribed, to the best of my ability, a portion of Bashar channeled by Andrew transmission (9/27/24) in which he mentioned a technique called Causal Plane technique by the entity Lasanas (spelling?). Does anyone know what that is? Here's the excerpt: "You proceed in action with what excites you the most without the expectation of manifestation. The time table will be as follows. Three of your days, three of your weeks, three of your months. The degree of which will depend on certain factors. It depends on your willingness to trust and do what excites you the most

If you prefer 3 days, proceed with only what excites you the most. If you are more preferential for the idea of 3 week manifestion, you may be somewhat remiss with your excitement. Maybe 60% excitement, 30% misery, whatever.. The idea is that there is a proportional relationship to willing to realize that excitement to your willingness . If it excites you, it is the path. It is you giving an indication to you that it is the path. Many of you have chosen not to believe this.This is the mechanics of how this does react. If you choose to only be slightly excited and live in doubt, fear, invalidation, you are swinging more toward the three month period. However, this can be shortened greatly by simply trust. Your end product desired result is a life of fun. You make the restriction of monetarily abundant fun. However again, that is your end desired result. We suggest to start out that way in order to  be that way already.You may think about these ideas.   Three days is all it need take. You have been exposed to the what we have recommended.
