A wave rises, a wave falls. Another rises. Do you expect the ocean to ever be still?
Triggers, negative beliefs, they come and go like waves, like clouds in the sky. You let one go, another appears. This is not a mistake. This is just how the mind moves.
Burnout comes from struggle, from believing that each wave must be fought, conquered, or resolved. But what if you simply let them rise and fall?
Not ignoring, not indulging, just seeing. Feeling. Letting them be what they are without making them you.
If you are drowning, you fight the waves. If you are floating, they carry you.
It is always good to remember that what you call triggers and negative beliefs are not obstacles, but invitations. They are opportunities for transformation, for integration, for expansion. You are not dealing with them; you are being offered a chance to see yourself more clearly.
Now, you notice that as soon as you release one, another arises. Beautiful! This means you are evolving at an accelerated rate! You are peeling back the layers of limitation, uncovering more of your true nature. Think of it as climbing a mountain. Each step reveals a new horizon, a new perspective. If another belief arises, it simply means you are ready for it. Otherwise, it would not appear in your reality at all.
If facing the trigger feels overwhelming, take a step back. Breathe. Remember: you are not required to solve everything all at once. You are an eternal being having a human experience.
