A question about the holographic nature, maybe to be added to a session with Elan. This may be a bit of a technical question. When we project ourselves, how are the reflection, situations, scenarios, scenes and choreography created? How does this work? If we can conceptualise it somehow. While from my understanding is that this creative task is performed by the higher self, can we work together with this part of ourselves to choreograph the scenarios and situations together, more consciously. It would be interesting to collaborate a bit more closely. So far, as I can understand and perceive, some things are made avaliable at request, by thought or just by swifting through options as we live our lives. It would be great to work even closer to the parts of ourselves that create these new scenes and co-create togeher. Maybe a bit like Bashar’s dad simulating experiences for him and others to learn something, somehow projecting consciousness into experiences that seem quite real. So how does this work :) We can only hold thoughts for a few seconds, while he may be projecting a whole scenario and story. We achieve this to some level with movies, as we live through the characters. Do you do any writing, creating of your life’s story at that level? This may be an interesting conversation. Thank you

From the perspective often shared in his transmissions, Elan would likely describe the mechanics of your holographic reality as a continuous, high-frequency projection originating from you.

One way to look at this is that the "scenery" of your life is choreographed through a specific vibrational sequence Elan refers to as the BETA Prism. This includes Beliefs … these function as the foundational blueprint or the "set design" of your hologram. Emotions: … These provide the energetic "lighting" or current that brings the blueprint to life. In terms of thoughts … Elan might explain that thoughts are like holographic simulations. They take the raw energy of emotion and give it a specific, detailed structure. And finally, Actions … taking action in physical reality is the mechanism that "locks" your consciousness into a specific frame of the hologram.

So, one can effectively collaborate with the Expanded Self in that you are already working with your "Higher Self" … or what Elan now calls the Expanded Self …in every moment. The collaboration becomes more conscious when you begin to discern the different roles played by each aspect of your being. We use our physical mind as the selector. The physical mind is like the "pilot." It is designed only to choose which direction or theme excites it most, and not designed to know how a scenario will unfold. The Expanded Self in this way of looking at this is more as the choreographer … or perhaps, the "director." It has access to the Field of Infinite Possibilities and arranges the synchronicities, the "cast of characters," and the timing of events.

Elan suggests that you can work more closely with this aspect by following your highest excitement. This acts as a signal that you trust the Expanded Self’s choreography. When you stop trying to control the "how," and instead begin to embrace unexpected outcomes as the more magical outcomes, you allow the Expanded Self to simulate and project the most efficient path for the manifestation of your desired outcomes.

In terms of “simulations,” in Elan's society, this type of conscious "story writing" is a basal part of their existence. He describes several ways they "simulate" or project consciousness. One thing he described in Reflections of My Home World is called Illi-Sani or “Reflective Light.” They play games using orbs of "liquid light" where they infuse specific "thought-simulations" of their consciousness into the orb. Another person catching the orb directly experiences that simulated scenario.

He also describes “bridging” the dreams. Because they have bridged the gap between the "waking dream" and the "sleeping dream," their entire life is a conscious simulation where they "reinvent themselves" many times as their excitement shifts.

And lastly, their tel-empathic exchange itself. They can "tap into" the experiences of others, allowing a single individual's exploration to be a learning simulation for the entire collective.
