The Architecture of Self Enquiry
I’m only a third of the way through the book and every line / paragraph is packing a punch. In the interest of over-sharing here, I find the self-inquiry questions so helpful in the chapter EMOTIONS.
I have tried to probe myself with questions to unearth beliefs holding me back, but these questions come from different angles to really unlock it / equalise it. I feel like every coach / counsellor should have these! I’ll be sharing with those I know and I love that I have a trusty set of questions to ask myself (or help others to). 🙏
